Drinks with the Doctor?I was having a few drinks with Prague Tory and we happened across Peter Ainsworth MP. With his expansive hand gestures, theatrical presence, Timelord haircut and dapper suits, we agreed that should he enter into the world of acting, he would be ideal as the next Doctor Who!
This post should probably be a cue for UKIP and all the rest to tell me that yes the Conservatives are on a different planet, not human etc., etc...!

Matt - your blogging comments on the autistic remarks has been quoted by none other than Mary-Ann Sieghart. I believe it's traditional to post an update and highlight the areas quoted by the MSM.

I’m gratified that you read my blog; fame at last! I thought the way Sky and The Evening Standard ran the story was no credit to them at all as they took the quotations from Osborne completely out of context. In the case of Sky News they edited George’s comments to give a completely false impression of the meeting.
Thought you did a great job of interviewing him though and well done for sticking to your guns in the article above!
A precautionary tale on how the media works. Good for bar-room banter no doubt.
