My Preciouss!
Well everyone is getting very excited at Southampton Test Conservative Association over who will be the speaker at their annual dinner on October 25th. Who will it be?
All will be revealed in due course my Preciouss!

Some of my more inprobable guests are pictured above.
Wildly speculative posts with the name of the speaker in the interim are, of course, most welcome!

Something to do with the ring? Gerald Ratner?
Southampton's very own jobbing jeweler and former Socialist Labour and then UKIP man Kim Rose?
After your Aiken dinner, its got to be Archer!
I see you've put up a picture of Medusa - make sure you tell her to get a blue rinse before she goes to the dinner...
Why not go for the your leader or is he so out of touch with the membership that no one would attend?
Thanks UKIP Southampton for your post.
- despite your atrocious grammar, I think I understood what you said!
Actually I see that http://conservativehome.blogs.com reports that 79% of Tory members are happy with David Cameron, 20% are not. Quite good I thought for a guy less than 6 months into the job but I know you won’t agree! As a debating point, what do you think will be the equivalent figure for UKIPs new leader in 6 months time?
Matt,
Thanks for pointing out my grammer!!!
On a serious note you are right to question what the equivalent figure will be for UKIPs new leader. This all depends on who is elected. I hope in this instance we follow Conservative members lead and elect someone who wasnt the favourite at the beginning.
I think you should ask Norman Tebbit
Ozzy Osbourne
the author of 'Unzipped' is apparently Senior Tory...
Guido thinks that might be Mr Phillip Oppenheim but surely he would come up with a better title than Unzipped?
Update
Mark Field, Tobias Ellwood and Michael Ancram are all in the frame...more to follow...
Tim Renton has been contacted...
Why don't you ask Sir Jimmy Saville? He's great!
